Workbenches builds on that capability, allowing you to create and dynamically connect multiple windows of data, and save the setup for future use. For example, a customer service rep might have a single workbench displaying a customer list, an order list, and an AR list. When you choose a new customer, the order and AR list are automatically updated to reflect that new customer.
